I’m Keyla Jimenez, the blogger in this blog ๐Ÿ˜€

I’m so glad ,and grateful with Jesus that you came across my blog ,specially with so many vegan blogs out there.

THIS BLOG was born…๐Ÿ‘ถ

I created this blog so I can do 4 things that are:

  •  MOTIVATE myself and  others to adopt or maintain their VEGAN DIET
  • LIVE AN ECOFRIENDLY LIFE lifestyle instead of a materialistic ,unhealthy lifestyle that damages our environment ,our health ,and destroy our finances.
  • EDUCATE AND LEARN MORE ABOUT NUTRITION ,and help others and me to know what we are putting in our stomach.
  • TEACH OTHERS about how to STAY FIT and healthy,have more energy and avoid constipation or other disease as a result of living a sedentary lifestyle.

This blog was born mainly because of my battle with constipation ,and my sister’s in christ  discontentment ,my discontentment with the U.S healthcare system (which by the way doesn’t have a lot of fans anyways)

Lastly, I started this blog because most of my sisters in Christ had the common misconception (that I used to held about diets) ,which was that adopting a vegan diet, is boring ,strict and expensive.

So,I created this blog to demonstrate to them ,and other people that that isn’t true.And to encourage them to live a healthy ecofriendly vegan life.

MY CONSTIPATION

At the end of 2019, I started getting constipated a lot.

In 2020 constipation was a daily thing for me ,and I was frustrated because every time I wanted to go to the bathroom I did my thing ,but I never felt I empty my bowels properly.

I went to see doctors ,and they only told me this:You need to eat more fiber ,and we will prescribe you these laxatives and stool softeners that will help you.Nevertheless, those laxatives and stool softeners didn’t help me at all and they give me diarrhea.

I felt frustrated and I started following my friends ,and my mom advice to eat more fiber like Broccoli ,and prunes ,but that didn’t help neither.

It wasn’t until I decided to inform myself about nutrition ,and plant based diets that I started to see a change in my stool ,my skin ,and my energy.

After I did an old fashioned google search and find out that milk products constipatesย  people, I decided to make a switch and become vegan.

I stopped drinking milk and eating cheese and white flour pancakes ,and I started eating other vegetables than weren’t broccoli XD like Kale ,cabbage ,and more beans like chickpeas ,and black beans.

I got so exhited by seeing all the yummy and inexpensive vegan recipes that I could do that I started to post pics in my whatsapp of my plates.And people love them so much that they urged me to create a blog ,and I felt like a little chef ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ

I even motivated a sister in Christ to turn vegan again.

There are more friends and sisters ,and brothers in Christ that I’m motivating in my whatsapp to become vegan.

However,although I’m still posting whatsapp pics from my plates ,I created this blog so I can motivate and inspire more people with my recipes ,and make a huger impact in more people’s lives thanks to the internet.

So here I’m with this blog๐Ÿ™‹,I hope you can join me in this lifelong journey ,and adventure to live an ecofriendly fit vegan life.

This blog’s vision is to teach others to take care of your body ,and realized the important that this is to live a better life and to worship Jesus with your lifestyle like 1 corinthians 10:31 says “So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.”
